2014

Six awards were presented in distinct categories for outstanding achievement in heritage presentation. Congratulations to all our winners!

Community Category: Of Fish and Family, a book by John Greene depicting an in-depth history of the community of Tilting.
 

Provincial Category: Francophone History of NL since the Treaty of Utrecht, for creating a dramatic interpretation of the history and heritage of the French in this province.

International Category: Dr. Pricsilla Renouf, for her lifetime of achievements and contributions to archeology, especially in the Port au Choix area.

Community Category: Placentia 350, for the coordination of many spectacular events and activities that celebrated the 350th Anniversary of the area of Placentia.

National Category: The Rooms, for the creation of two exhibitions that tell the story of the history of Newfoundland and Labrador.
