Downtown Infrastructure Upgrade Will Not Impact Heritage Shop Customers

The 309 Water Street Heritage Shop is located east of Phase 1 upgrades, slated in begin April, and will not be within the 2018 construction zone. The City of St. John's has committed to maintaining a minimum of one lane of traffic on Water Street at all times, and pedestrian access will not be restricted
